Function summary

      Automatic dumbbell prototype is mainly used for metal, non-metal plastic pipe and plate materials to make standard spline a kind of equipment。It has the characteristics of simple operation, fast and convenient, sample standard and stable size, especially suitable for pipe production enterprises, product quality supervision and inspection institute, building science research institute and other special equipment for the production of standard splines for the function and performance test of plastic materials。

     The machine adopts the principle of three-axis control, and uses high-precision screw and stepper motor to drive the high-speed spindle motor with drilling and milling cutter head for external cutting, which can meet the accuracy level required in the standard。
